Inaugural Post
What exactly is this blog about? A number of us have been talking about the startups, technology, and the Atlanta entrepreneurial scene in particular. We think there is a definite lack of cohesiveness and community for startups in Atlanta and really there is no reason for this. So a number of former, current, and repeat entrepreneurs are going to set out on a journey to improve the environment in Atlanta, Georgia, and the southeast. But we won’t succeed in this journey if the entire team is comprised of just a handful of folks. We need each and every entrepreneur to lend a hand and help other entrepreneurs. Our focus is Atlanta / Georgia / Southeast but really, we’re out to help all entrepreneurs.
We are going to talk about startups, entrepreneurship, and happenings in the southeast. But this discussion isn’t meant to be one sided. We need you to help out as well and give us all more eyes and ears on the street.
This is going to be a fun ride with the goal of creating a better community for all of us. You in?
P.S. Yes, I know the design of the site is extremely plain and uninteresting. We’ll fix this up over the coming days/weeks.

Count me in. Glad to be a part of Atlanta’s technology startup community, and looking forward to being a part of the conversation. Like many of you, I see the building blocks for a strong startup community and culture in Atlanta, but the pieces aren’t coming together quickly. Kudos for taking a step to accelerate the process.
